UI/UX Designer
Experience : Internship to 4 years
Location : Ahmedabad
Devoq Design builds interfaces for SaaS platforms, web apps and mobile products used by teams in the US, UK and Australia. As a UI/UX Designer here you own the interface layer of real products - not mockups that sit in a folder, but designs that ship and get measured. You will work directly with clients, sit in their standups, and see your work go live.
What you'll do:
- Run user research: interviews, usability sessions, competitor teardowns
- Turn findings into user flows, information architecture and wireframes
- Design production-ready interfaces in Figma across the screen sizes each product supports
- Build and maintain component libraries with named styles and documented states
- Create clickable prototypes and test them with real users before development starts
- Write handoff annotations covering spacing, states and behaviour that developers can build from without asking
- Work alongside our front-end engineers through implementation and review
Looking for:
- A portfolio showing your thinking, not just final screens - we want to see the problem, the options you considered and why you chose one
- Strong Figma skills: auto-layout, components, variants, styles
- Understanding of accessibility basics - contrast, focus order, keyboard navigation
- Clear written and spoken English; you'll be talking to clients directly
- Curiosity about why users do what they do, and the patience to find out
Good to have:
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
- Familiarity with design tokens and design systems
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools
- Any front-end understanding (HTML, CSS) - helpful, not required
For interns:
No commercial experience needed. Bring a portfolio of anything you've designed - college projects, redesigns of apps you use, personal work. We care how you think.
Elementor Developer
Experience : Internship to 3 years
Location : Ahmedabad
We build WordPress and Elementor sites for clients who need their marketing team to stay independent - sites that are fast, structurally clean, and editable without a developer. That means building properly, not stacking addon plugins until something works.
What you'll do:
- Build Elementor sites from Figma designs, matching the design closely
- Create Theme Builder template systems - headers, footers, archives, single posts, 404 and search - applied by display conditions
- Set up a proper global style system so sites stay consistent as they grow
- Build custom Elementor widgets in PHP where an addon would otherwise be needed
- Develop WooCommerce stores: product, archive, cart and checkout templates
- Work on Core Web Vitals: script deferral, image strategy, caching, CDN configuration
- Handle migrations from Wix, Squarespace, Divi or legacy themes with URL mapping and redirect plans
- Test across browsers and devices before handover
Looking for:
- Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor Pro
- Solid HTML and CSS; ability to write clean custom CSS rather than fighting the builder
- Basic PHP - enough to build a simple widget or modify a template
- Understanding of responsive design and how sites behave at real breakpoints
- Attention to detail; you notice when spacing is 4px out
Good to have:
- Custom post types and ACF experience
- WooCommerce build experience
- Page speed optimisation experience
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer or Unbounce
For interns:
Show us something you've built in WordPress or Elementor - a personal site, a college project, anything real.
SEO / AEO Executive
Experience : Internship to 3 years
Location : Ahmedabad
Search is changing. People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews instead of scanning ten blue links - and getting cited by those systems needs different work from traditional SEO. We do both. You'll work on classic technical and on-page SEO, and on Answer Engine Optimisation: structuring content so AI systems can extract, understand and cite it.
What you'll do:
- Run technical SEO audits and turn findings into prioritised fixes
- Do keyword research and map terms to pages without cannibalisation
- Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings and on-page content
- Implement and validate structured data - Organization, Service, FAQPage, Article, BreadcrumbList
- Work on AEO: answer-first content structure, FAQ blocks, llms.txt, entity consistency
- Track how our clients and our own site appear in AI answers, and adjust
- Build and monitor internal linking
- Report on Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics
- Off-page work: directories, profiles, outreach, digital PR
Looking for:
- Understanding of how search engines crawl, index and rank
- Familiarity with Search Console and at least one of Ahrefs, Semrush or similar
- Clear written English - a lot of this job is writing
- Genuine curiosity about AI search; this field is changing fast and you'll need to keep up
- Comfort with data, and honesty about what it does and doesn't show
Good to have:
- Basic HTML and understanding of how pages are built
- Experience with schema markup
- Content writing experience
- Any exposure to AEO or GEO work
For interns:
You don't need agency experience. If you've optimised your own site or blog and can explain what you did and what happened, that's a strong start.
Business Development Executive
Experience : Internship to 6 years
Location : Ahmedabad
We work with founders, product managers and marketing leads in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Your job is to find them, understand what they're actually trying to build, and start real conversations - not to push a service list at anyone who replies.
What you'll do:
- Identify and research prospects across our target markets and industries
- Run outbound outreach: email, LinkedIn, and platforms like Upwork and Clutch
- Qualify inbound enquiries and understand what the client actually needs
- Prepare proposals, scopes and estimates with the design and development leads
- Run discovery calls and present our work and process
- Manage the pipeline and keep records accurate
- Build long-term relationships - most of our clients come back for a second project
- Work with marketing on positioning, case studies and campaign feedback
Looking for:
- Excellent spoken and written English; you'll be talking to clients in the US, UK and Australia
- Ability to listen properly and understand a problem before proposing a solution
- Comfort with rejection and the persistence to keep going
- Organised - you'll be tracking many conversations at once
- Genuine interest in design and technology; you don't need to be technical, but you need to understand what we do
Good to have:
- Experience selling design, development or software services
- Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch or similar platforms
- CRM experience
- Experience working with international clients across time zones
For interns:
Bring communication skills and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.
Vibe Coder
Experience : Internship / fresher only
Location : Ahmedabad
Vibe coding means building software primarily through AI - describing what you want, working with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0 and Lovable, and iterating fast toward something that actually works. It is a genuinely new way to build, and it rewards people who are good at describing problems clearly and stubborn about verifying output. We're looking for interns who want to work this way and help us figure out where it works and where it doesn't.
What you'll do:
- Build working prototypes and MVPs using AI development tools
- Write clear, specific prompts and iterate when the first output isn't right
- Read and understand AI-generated code well enough to spot what's wrong with it
- Test everything - AI-generated code frequently looks correct and isn't
- Work with our developers to take prototypes toward production quality
- Document what works: which prompts, which tools, which approaches
- Help us build internal tooling and automation
Looking for:
- Genuine hands-on experience with AI coding tools - show us something you built
- Enough programming understanding to read code and spot problems, even if you can't write it all from scratch
- Clear written English; prompting is writing
- Scepticism. The most important skill here is not trusting output until you've verified it
- Fast learning; these tools change monthly
Good to have:
- JavaScript, Python or any language basics
- Experience with React, Next.js or similar
- Familiarity with APIs and databases
- A GitHub profile with anything on it
What you'll learn:
How to build real products with AI tooling, where these tools break down, and how to work alongside engineers who've been doing it the traditional way. This is an emerging skill and very few people have real experience with it yet.
