UI/UX Designer

Location : Ahmedabad
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to design intuitive and visually engaging digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams and developers to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and use the findings to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs meet business and user needs.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
- Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and prototyping tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Ability to solve complex design problems and communicate solutions effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
