Yes. The quick scan needs no personal details at all. The full report needs your name and work email so we can send it to you, and it is also free. No card, no trial.

How is the UX score calculated?

The score comes from measured checks on your live page across seven weighted categories: usability and navigation, visual hierarchy, conversion and CTA, mobile experience, accessibility, performance, and trust. When AI review is enabled it can adjust each category within a small capped range. Every issue shows the evidence it was measured from.

Will the score change every time I run it?

No. The same URL scanned again within 24 hours returns the stored result, so the score stays stable between visits. After 24 hours a fresh scan reflects any changes you shipped.

What does the full report add over the quick scan?

The quick scan shows your score, category breakdown and top three issues. The full report contains every issue found, each with severity, the evidence behind it and a recommended fix, plus Lighthouse performance data where available. It arrives by email within 5 hours, usually much faster.

Do you access anything private on my site?

No. The tool fetches the public page at the URL you enter, once, the same way a search engine crawler would. It never logs in, never submits forms on your site, and stores only what the page publicly serves.
