Client Responsibilities
As a client of Devoq Design, you agree to:
Provide all necessary information, content, and feedback required for the completion of the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may result in project timeline extensions.
Review all deliverables promptly and provide clear, constructive feedback within agreed-upon timelines.
Ensure that all content, including text, images, and other materials provided to Devoq Design, are legally obtained and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devoq Design from any claims arising from the use of materials provided by you.
Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule as outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, all intellectual property rights for original designs created by Devoq Design remain with Devoq Design until full and final payment for the project has been received. Upon full payment, the client will be granted a license or full ownership of the final design files as specified in the project proposal.
Client Content: Any data, text, images, or other content you provide to Devoq Design for use in your project remains your property. You grant Devoq Design a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify this content solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Devoq Design Portfolio: Devoq Design reserves the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a prior written agreement specifies otherwise.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Schedule: Payments will be structured as outlined in the project proposal. Typically, this involves an upfront deposit to commence work, with subsequent payments due at various project milestones or upon completion.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified on the invoice or proposal. Devoq Design reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project until outstanding payments are settled.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our design services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Devoq Design.
Project Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will be clearly defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you prior to implementation.
Confidentiality
Devoq Design agrees to keep all client-provided confidential information secure and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to complete the project or by law.
Limitation of Liability
Devoq Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
