SEO Intern

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SEO concepts and a strong interest in improving website visibility on search engines. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking while working with an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant search terms using SEO tools.
- Help perform basic technical SEO checks such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl issues.
- Assist with link-building activities and outreach for quality backlinks.
- Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to website content.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare simple SEO reports and track keyword rankings.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and how search engines work.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush (basic level).
- Knowledge of on-page SEO and keyword research fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in the SEO field.
